 Consider questions such as: What triggers my

 stress? When do I experience the most

 happiness?



3. **Seek Feedback**: Engage with trusted friends or

 family members to understand how they perceive you.

 Their perspectives can offer valuable insights.



4. **Explore Your Values**: Reflect on what matters most to you.

 Your values influence your decisions and can help clarify the reasons

 behind your feelings in various situations.
